Crestyl has completed two residential houses in its Prague development district Hagibor. The Gamma building with 138 apartments for sale and the Delta building with 168 apartments for rent have passed the building use approval in July.
80% of the apartments in the Gamma building are sold, and the older stages are sold out completely. The entire Delta project was purchased by the investment company Invesco Real Estate before construction began and will be operated by the Zeitgeist company.
In the first half of next year, the construction of the fifth Kappa apartment building will begin, which will offer 253 apartments of all sizes. On the ground floor, in addition to the reception for residents, there will also be shops, restaurants and services, residents will also have access to an inner block. The architectural design comes from the office Ian Bryan Architects. The public space of the entire Hagibor project is handled by the landscape architect Michel Desvigne.
As part of the Hagibor project, six office buildings are also being built, the first two are completed so far. All parts will be connected by the square and the central boulevard with shops and restaurants, which will lead from the exit of the Želivského metro station. The cost of the entire project will exceed CZK 9 billion (€360 million).
