Crestyl has presented its new project at Pankrác in Prague. The Boka Pankrác is designed as a mixed-use project connecting retail premises and a supermarket with offices.
BOKA Pankrác will replace two existing old buildings right next to the Kotorská tram stop between the Pankrác and Pražského povstání metro stations. On one side, BOKA Pankrác faces a quiet residential area. In this part of the project, the upper floors will have cascading terraces with a total area of 1100 sqm. The other, busy side towards Na Pankráci street is designed as an active parterre with shops. These will be located on the ground floor and in the basement with a supermarket. In total, there will be shops and services in an area of 3,700 sqm. The project aspires to Leed Platinum.
The project will bring 11,000 sqm of offices of the highest standard and a two-story foyer with a reception and a cafe. Construction of the project should start already in the third quarter of this year, completion is planned two years later. The total investment is CZK 1.5 billion (€60 million).
