The contract involves the leasing of the mall in line with the strategy drawn up and agreed upon with the new owner of Galeria Bemowo, Futureal Investment Partners, part of the Futureal group.

Our plan is to work hard on improving and completing the tenant mix so that customers can find everything that is required for their daily needs in Galeria Bemowo. This is a project that requires experienced leasing experts, which is why the process will be managed by Joanna Bieniek and Ewelina Kozacka – both of whom have many years of experience in the retail leasing market. We hope that we will soon be able to boast the signing of new tenants,” says Michał Małecki, the director of the leasing department at CREAM Property Advisors.

Galeria Bemowo is located on ul. Powstańców Śląskich in Warsaw’s Bemowo district. It has a leasable area of almost 30,000 sqm on three levels. Tenants include such brands as Carrefour, Cinema City, RTV Euro AGD, Orsay, Pepco, Big Star, Rossmann and Pizza Hut. More than 940 parking spaces are available to the customers of the shopping centre. Galeria Bemowo is owned by Futureal Investment Partners, which is part of the Futureal group.
