The Olympia Teplice shopping centre and business zone from CPI Property Group's portfolio is expanding. The enlarged shopping centre is planned to offer almost a hundred stores in an area of 43,000 sqm.

In the new retail park, which will supplement the current shopping area of Olympia Teplice, customers will find up to 13 shops in an area of over 8,300 sqm. Construction began on September 1, 2024, and completion is expected at the turn of 2025/2026.

The new retail park emphasises sustainability and innovation. The project includes above-standard insulation with a green roof and photovoltaics, heat pumps and an HVAC recovery system for efficient use of heat and minimisation of energy losses. Automatic air conditioning control adjusts the operation to the current occupancy of the premises. The building is designed to achieve energy class A and aspire to BREEAM Excellent level certification.

"Our goal is to minimise the carbon footprint and eliminate negative environmental impacts," explained Tomáš Svoboda, Asset Manager at CPI Property Group.
