CPI Property Group has taken over the management of several more buildings in its Warsaw office portfolio. The Atrium Centrum, Atrium Plaza and Equator IV office buildings are now covered by the company’s in-house property management service.
Equator IV, which was purchased by CPIPG in November 2019, comprises 20,000 sqm of office space. It is located west of the city centre, where the Czech investor has also acquired the Equator I, Equator II and Eurocentrum office building.
Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza are located in the city’s Wola-Centrum district. Their combined area of the two buildings comes to around 29,000 sqm GLA.
“Our primary goal when taking over the property management is to introduce common high standards both in terms of the modernisation and operation of the office buildings and in order to strengthen relationships with tenants. The strategy adopted will allow for the continuing improvement of the investment quality and comfort of work, and this will translate into a long term increase in the value of the properties,” explains Marcin Mędrzycki, Acting Head of Asset Management at CPIPG Poland.
CPIPG also owns the Warsaw Financial Center and Moniuszki 1A in the Polish capital, in addition to having acquired a majority stake in the Chałubinskiego 8 building. The investor's Warsaw office portfolio includes 13 buildings with a combined area of more than 305,000 sqm.
