Eurocentrum comprises the Alfa, Beta / Gamma and Delt) buildings offering a total of over 85,100 sqm of GLA, including 3,500 sqm of commercial, service and catering space located on the ground floor of the complex, in a public passage connecting all buildings.

The property is LEED Platinum certified and is the largest green-certified office complex in Warsaw. Occupancy is nearly 100% with tenants such as Unilever, COTY, Group One, Randstad, SAGE, PSE S.A., and Urząd Transportu Kolejowego among others.

"This is the next step in the property management strategy announced by our company. We believe that in this particularly challenging time, our approach of actively managing our properties and working on increasing their value is becoming increasingly important," commented Barbara Topolska, Country Manager for Poland at CPI Property Group.

Eurocentrum is the third office building managed by CPIPG, after Warsaw Financial Center and Equator II. In the coming months, the company will take over the management of all office buildings in the portfolio.
