CPI Property Group announced the acquisition of the Green Corner A office building in Warsaw.  The property was acquired from DWS Group, one of the world's largest asset managers and a significant investor in commercial real estate in the CEE region.

Located in Warsaw’s central business district, Green Corner A is a modern, LEED Platinum certified, Class A3 office building spanning 14,860 square metres of leasable area over seven floors. Green Corner A was completed in 2012 and is nearly 100% occupied by strong local and international tenants such as PKO Bank Polski Group and Grant Thornton.

“Green Corner A is an important addition to CPIPG’s office portfolio in Warsaw,” said Barbara Topolska, Country Manager for CPIPG in Poland. “We will continue to pursue similar acquisitions in central locations with great tenants, high occupancy, steady rental income and strong green credentials.”
