CPI Property Group announced the acquisition of Atrium Centrum & Atrium Plaza office buildings in Warsaw, Poland. Atrium Centrum & Atrium Plaza are seven-storey office buildings located in the centre of Warsaw. The two office buildings have an aggregate GLA of 31,869 sqm and include a medical centre, a restaurant, a bank, a pharmacy, a premium fashion store and 410 parking lots. CPIPG worked directly with the seller, which was a fund under the management of Peakside Capital Advisors.


“This acquisition was a natural fit for our strong and growing office platform in Poland”, commented Tomas Salajka, Director of Acquisitions, Asset Management & Sales of CPI Property Group.
 
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as property manager of the two buildings.
 
CPI Property Group’s properties under the management of Cushman & Wakefield to date have included office buildings such as Central Tower, Prosta 69, and Diana, housing the Goethe Institute in Warsaw, as well as shopping centres Ogrody in Elbląg and Galeria Orkana in Lublin.
