Opus Land and Mark Twain International School have signed a partnership for the construction of a private educational campus within the Cosmopolis residential complex based in the northern region of Bucharest.
The investment for this initial phase exceeds €5 million as part of the partnership that will run for at least 15 years. The campus will be developed on 4,000 sqm with a similar surface area for outdoor spaces and it will cover a full educational cycle starting from kindergarten to high school. The first phase of the development will be completed in the 2025-2026 school year.
Ozan Tuncer, CEO of Cosmopolis, said the school will attract numerous children from the entire northern area of the capital and neighboring localities.
Cosmopolis has around 15,000 residents at present and the developer estimates that the project will reach over 12,000 homes and more than 35,000 inhabitants by 2035. The investment in the complex totals €430 million to date.
