Slovak developer Corwin has presented the details of its third project in Ljubljana, Slovenia. A residential tower has been designed in one of the best architectural studios in the world - Norwegian Snøhetta, hence the project name Nordika.
With a height of 82 meters and 24 above-ground floors, the new building on Masaryková Road in the city centre will become a recognisable feature of its skyline and is fully compliant with the requirements of Ljubljana's spatial plan.
Nordika will offer approximately 290 new apartments and will be part of the extensive revitalisation of the location near the main train and bus station. The highest floors will offer penthouses to high-end clients. Construction is expected to begin in early 2026.
The construction of Nordika will take place using ecological materials obtained as much as possible from local sources to reduce the development's environmental footprint. The rainwater will be retained directly in the area improving the local microclimate. The project will support sustainable mobility with more than 550 bicycle parking spaces.
