British company Hyperoptic has leased 5,000 square meters in the BIGZ business centre, in a transaction brokered by Coreside Savills.

Reconstruction of BIGZ represents one of the largest projects of restoration of a building under the protection of the Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments of the City of Belgarde. The renovation is planned to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2023. BIGZ business centre is owned by Marera Properties, a real estate company engaged in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of commercial properties. The company portfolio consists of more than 200,000 sqm of office, retail, and industrial properties across the country, which makes it one of the leading investors in the Serbian market.
