The i6 Residence is near Central Europe's largest urban regeneration development area, the Corvin Promenade and is scheduled to be handed over in 2024.
The building will consist of highly energy-efficient apartments that will meet or exceed the near-zero energy requirements. Depending on their location, the homes’ energy ratings will be AA or BB, meaning that the potential energy use of these properties can be as little as a quarter to a third of that of an average FF-rated home.
Half of all Hungarian apartments and family houses are rated FF or worse on the standard energy rating scale used in Hungary, and houses built in the 2000s are typically FF-rated.
