Property developer Cordia Romania, part of Futureal group, says it has obtained the occupancy permit for the second phase of Parcului20, its residential complex based in northern Bucharest.
The company has already sold over 90% of the 485 apartments in the project, both to end-users and investors who are aiming to rent the homes.
”An important percentage of the apartments were sold to portfolio investors, who buy to rent, especially during 2022, when inflation rose significantly, and this demonstrates that we brought on the market a residential product which generates a good return on investment and preserves the value of money. We are now preparing our new residential projects in Bucharest, which we will develop according to the same principles of sustainability, energy efficiency and care for residents and communities,” said Mauricio Mesa Gomez, Country Manager of Cordia Romania and Spain.
The complex includes smart home systems, charging stations for electric vehicles, bicycle parking spaces and a private garden for residents.
