Contera has become the new owner of Vlčie hrdlo Business Park in Bratislava, located on a former brownfield area and offering 33,420 square meters of warehouse and office space, the company announced on LinkedIn. Contera purchased the asset, situated close to R7 highway, from investment group Natland.
The new owner’s plan is to further modernize and revitalize the complex and to start building small business units there, which is a concept the company is planning to implement in every Contera logistic park in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The company will also move its Bratislava headquarters to Vlčie hrdlo Business Park.
