Groundworks have started at this new business park in the southern part of the Hungarian capital. The first phase is scheduled to be open in June 2023.
The total leasable area of Park22, developed by White Star Real Estate with investment partner Europa Capital, will consist of 45,600 sqm of warehouse space and 15,200 sqm of office. There will be 3 separate office buildings and mezzanine offices in the warehouses.
The first phase will offer a 7,671 sqm warehouse and 2,350 sqm of office space. The other two phases are planned to build later.
Electric chargers and bike lots will be available on-site and a huge green park will rise comfort for tenants. The developers aim to get BREEAM ’Very Good’ certification for the business park.
