Starting April 2020, Colliers International has taken over the management of two new buildings in the High5ive office complex in Kraków.
Colliers International has been managing two of the five buildings comprising High5ive complex - 4 and 5 with total area over 36,000 sqm. The High5ive complex providing about 70,000 sqm of modern office space is being developed right next to the Main Railway Station, Galeria Krakowska and the historical centre of the city. It will be the first office space in Krakow with WELL certificate solutions.
Currently, Colliers International manages a total of almost 92,000 sqm of office space in Krakow within three projects.
