Colliers has named Kevin Turpin as the Key Account Management (KAM) Lead for investor clients in the EMEA region.
In his new role, Turpin will identify opportunities to optimize service excellence for investor clients across their property portfolios or single assets by collaborating across Colliers’ service lines of Capital Markets, Debt, Property Management, Leasing, Sustainability & ESG, and Valuation & Advisory.
He has over 23 years’ worth of experience in the property industry and has been with Colliers since 2019.
“Through managing and communicating KAM client intelligence Kevin will enable service line leaders to identify opportunities, respond to market trends, and accelerate value for our clients in enduring, long-term relationships,” says Luke Dawson, Global and EMEA Head of Capital Markets at Colliers.
Turpin added that he is looking forward to support its EMEA and country teams to maximise opportunities with its key investor clients across the Colliers platform.
