Colliers International Czech Republic announced the appointment of Vendula Marsova, MRICS, as its new Head of Valuation and Advisory Services. Vendula started her position in November 2019 and in her new role, she will focus on driving the continued growth and success of the firm’s valuation division; improving client experience, developing relationships and optimising the CRE valuation service delivery model.


As Head of Valuation, Vendula is responsible for leading the valuation department, providing guidance, motivation and team development.  She is responsible for team strategy, planning and budgeting, securing valuation instructions, client care, and business development.

Vendula has over 10 years of valuation experience and has undertaken and coordinated appraisals of all types of commercial properties and large real estate portfolios. She joins Colliers International from JLL where she was in Senior Valuer position since January 2010, and a Director since January 2019. She worked for many international and local clients, and established and developed relationships with them over the past years. To some of the companies, Vendula liaised with, belong names like CBRE GI, Centerscape, Pradera, DMO Invest, NEPI, Wood and Co, Amundi, GES Real, CTP, Crestyl, HB Reavis, Immofinanz, J&T, Lighthouse, Prologis, Skanska, Gramercy and others.

Vendula Marsova is a member of RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) since 2019 and has thus become one of the most qualified experts in real estate valuation. Membership in this globally recognized organization confirms her expertise at an international level. Vendula is also a Certified Czech Property Valuer. She obtained her certification at the Property Valuation Institute in 2012.
