Alicja Zajler joined Colliers International as Director in the Valuation and Advisory Department. Together with Ewa Czarnecka, Senior Partner and Director, Alicja will manage the department and set the course for its development.

Alicja is a licensed property valuer with accreditation from the Ministry of Infrastructure and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, a DAAD scholarship holder and she completed post-graduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology. Alicja has 11 years of experience in the valuation of all types of commercial real estate, including retail, office and industrial properties. Before joining Colliers, she gained experience in international organisations, including Deutsche Bank Polska and Cushman & Wakefield.

“Colliers has been valuing property for almost 20 years and we have extensive experience in this area. However, we still want to develop in this regard, especially as real estate valuation is a complimentary service to others that we offer to our clients. I believe that Alicja’s rich experience will be an additional driving force for the development of the department and its services,“ says Monika Rajska-Wolińska, Managing Partner at Colliers International.
