Local investor Českomoravská Nemovitostní has expanded its portfolio with three properties in Prague's Karlín district with a total area of more than 30,000 sqm. The company bought the Zirkon, Apeiron (Ruby) and Corso Karlín office buildings.
Together with these new additions, ČMN manages a portfolio of nearly 150,000 sqm. The company was assisted by CBRE Czech Republic during the transaction.
“By diversifying the buildings in our portfolio, we want to offer potential tenants more types of offices,” the company said on LinkedIn.
