Českomoravská Nemovitosti has acquired the BLOX office building in Prague's Dejvice district for more than €77 million (CZK 2 billion). The building's primary tenant is Amazon. The acquisition was financed by ČSOB.
The BLOX office building is located on Evropská Street in Dejvice, Prague and has an area of 16,200 sqm. The building has received a BREEAM Outstanding certification.
This is the third major transaction by ČMN in the past year with the company having acquired the Crystal office building and a building on the upper portion of Wenceslas Square. ČMN’s portfolio currently comprises 60,000 sqm of office space.
“By the end of 2019, the value of our portfolio should exceed €270 million (CZK 7 billion),” Chairman of the Board Radek Stacha said. “We are currently working on the acquisition of additional properties worth more than CZK 1 billion.”
