Akcent Development says that it sold 67% of the Cloud 9 residential project in northern Bucharest and aims to sell 90% of the planned 820 apartments by the end of 2021.
The project includes 18 types of apartments with areas ranging between 48 to 144 sqm, as well as three exclusive penthouses with private pools that have already been sold.
”In this new context, buyers are increasingly interested in the duplex units with private gardens on the ground floor, with areas between 35 and 110 square meters, which provide ideal green spaces for work and relaxation. We are convinced that the warm season and the expected relaxation of restrictions will boost sales, helping us reach our objectives,” says Laurențiu Afrasine, CEO, Akcent Development.
The ground floor of Cloud 9 will be leased to a supermarket operator and the developer plans to add new tenants in the commercial area.
Akcent Development has a portfolio of around 7,500 apartments in Bucharest and three office buildings in the city centre. The company aims to develop two more residential projects in northern Bucharest.
