Romania’s City Garden says it will deliver the first phase of its luxury villas complex this year and will complete the whole project in 2022. The company is investing around €16 million in 66 villas located in northern Bucharest.

The Bonton Luxury Villas project includes single homes with built surfaces between 353 and 442 sqm. Some of the facilities for residents include a pool and a fitness club.

Andrei Cantaragiu, CEO of City Garden, says the houses are preferred by expats and entrepreneurs, but also by investors that can get an annual yield of around 8%. Starting prices for the villas are €369,000 + VAT of 19%.

City Garden Residence is part of a group of companies with Asian capital. In the past decade, the company delivered several residential projects in the central Bucharest and Pipera area.
