Česká Spořitelna has already revealed its plans to move its headquarters within a few years. Its new campus is being built in Smíchov, Prague. With this planned change, which should take place around 2028, the bank is planning to completely abandon its existing buildings near the Budějovická and Roztyly metro stations. The bank has already put its old buildings on the market, reports e15.cz.

Among potential buyers is, for example, the Penta group in tandem with DBK, which operates a shopping centre of the same name in Budějovická, or the Czech Mint Investments. Previously, the developer Passerinvest Group also evaluated the possibility of investing in the bank's buildings.

The value of the real estate in the transaction reaches several billion crowns. According to Hospodářské noviny, consultants from the Knight Frank office are leading the selection process for the bank.
