Real estate developer Ceetrus has opened Hotel Qosmo within its mixed-use projects Cartier Coresi in Brașov. 


The 4-star hotel was completed following an investment of €16 million. It features 133 rooms and has several facilities for guests including a restaurant, event halls and a casino. Qosmo will be managed by Romanian operator Kronwell, which has its own hotel in Brașov since 2012. 

The Coresi project comprises 60,000 sqm of retail spaces, over 2,200 apartments and 60,000 sqm of office spaces. Ceetrus worked on the residential component with Kasper Development, while the office side was developed with Ascenta Management. 

Ceetrus controls 23 retail centres in Romania. Aside from the Brașov project, the company kicked off the development of a new mixed-use scheme in Reșița.
