On 15-18 March, the team of CEE-based proptech company Maxify will showcase their innovative product at international real estate fair MIPIM for the first time.
Maxify provides developers with dynamic price management software for residential real estate. The software uses business intelligence and machine learning to analyze consumer preferences, demand, the pace of sales and revenue plan performance within one project. As a result of the analysis, it increases the prices for available apartments after every transaction helping companies to keep the broadest possible variety of apartments available for sale until the last phase of the project sale cycle. It helps generate additional revenue growth on average by 7% above the initial revenue plan, including market growth.
Maxyfy’s efficiency does not depend on the market environment, decline or growth. It works with price and assortment within specific projects or construction development, ensuring maximum possible revenue growth for the developer.
The company was founded in 2020 in Kyiv. In 2021 it launched a representative office in Warsaw, followed by another office in London in 2022.
