Local developer Chain Bridge Venture Kft. (CBV) has launched a new development project aiming to build a state-of-the-art multifunctional centre not far from the Puskás Ferenc Stadium and Papp László sports arena. The handover is expected in 2026.
The centre, called Centrale will offer 29,000 sqm of leasable area and a 4-star business hotel with 170 rooms. Approximately 40 retail units will serve the needs of customers and 5,000 office spaces will be available for tenants.
The developer intends to get a high-level BREEAM certificate. A 5,000 sqm green space will be created on the top of the building and the latest energy-saving solutions will be used to support this goal. CBV will develop 100 parking lots under the centre. CBV said a 50% occupancy had already been reached before the actual start of the construction.
Centrale will be erected above the local metro station. CBV is willing to modernize entrances to help customers access the new centre. Public areas on the surface including parking spaces will also be refurbished and more greenery will be planted there.
