All three phases of the Budapest ONE office complex have been given an official permit, Hungarian developer Futureal informed.
The 2nd and 3rd phases of the Budapest ONE office building, developed in Hungary's largest multimodal transport hub, have obtained the occupancy permit. Apart from other big companies, Vodafone and BT's regional service centre have already moved into the complex.
Following the first phase of 25,000 sqm, all work of the second and third phases will soon be completed. These last two projects provide 40,000 sqm of office and nearly 3500 sqm of commercial and service space. The occupancy level of these two phases is already over 70%.
