Chris Dinsdale will take up a position as president and CEO of the Calgary Airport Authority, the operator of Calgary International Airport in Canada, Budapest Airport announced.
After more than seven years in senior management and almost two decades in Hungary, he will be taking up a new challenge in his native Canada. The shareholders of Budapest Airport respect the CEO’s decision.
Chris Dinsdale has worked as CFO since 2015 and later also as deputy CEO, while finally as CEO since 2021 at the company operating Ferenc Liszt International Airport. He has played a major role in the airport winning the Skytrax “Best Airport in Eastern Europe” award several times and the “Best Airport in Europe” Award, announced by Airports Council International (ACI) yesterday.
He also contributed to various real estate-related projects at the airport.
