Residential sales in Bucharest were up 27% in June 2024 compared to the same month of last year.
According to the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity (ANCPI), there were 3,862 residential units sold in Bucharest during June 2024.
“The significant increase in sales reflects buyers' growing confidence in the potential of this market. Key factors such as modern infrastructure, good location, and access to essential facilities continue to attract an increasing number of investors and buyers," says Vlad Musteață, CEO of North Bucharest Investments (NBI). In the same month, NBI has completed 72 residential transactions, up by 50% compared to June 2023.
ANCPI data further shows that aside from Bucharest, the biggest number of residential sales was recorded in Timiș, Constanța (589) and Cluj (569).
