Logistic company Geis has leased 5,600 sqm of a brand new logistic centre in the Řehlovice Industrial Zone. The premises were developed by Czech real estate company Real Spektrum in a built-to-suit project. During this February and March, fit-out of the premises was carried out according to the specifications of Geis, and the new logistics hub started operation at the beginning of April. The tenant was represented by JLL during the transaction.
“With 255,000 sqm of Class A industrial space, the Ústí nad Labem Region is the sixth biggest submarket in the Czech Republic. With the completion of the D8 motorway in the vicinity of Řehlovice and availability of skilled workforce in the region, we expect further development of the location. Even now, we are observing an increase in the demand from logistic and production companies,” adds Anna Kubějová, Senior Consultant, Industrial Agency JLL, who was responsible for the whole process of property search and the negotiations.
