Bistrita Retail Park will be inaugurated in May 2018, Element Development, the park’s announced. The list of tenants for the nearly 8,000 sqm retail park include, among others, Carrefour Market, JYSK, Decathlon and Top Shop.
The project required an investment of €9 million, partially financed through a loan of €4.5 million from Garanti Bank The general contractor is local company Campeador, while Vitalis is the project manager. The project’s exclusive leasing agency is CBRE Romania.
Bistrita is a city of 81,000 inhabitants in the Center-North part of Romania, 100 km from Cluj-Napoca.
