BIG Poland’s portfolio is expanding with two new investments: Park Kujawia in Włocławek and Atut in Myszków. The total value of both transactions exceeds €56 million. With these additions, the BIG brand now owns 7 retail parks in Poland, located in Łubna near Warsaw, Lubin, Andrychów, Gorzów Wielkopolski, and Ostróda. Including 3 development projects currently underway, BIG Poland’s portfolio now comprises 10 locations.
With the acquisition of the new projects in Włocławek and Myszków, BIG Poland’s portfolio will grow by an additional 34,500 sqm of GLA. These newly acquired properties will undergo rebranding and soon operate as BIG Włocławek and BIG Myszków, complemented by year-round marketing activities to enhance visibility and market presence.

Park Kujawia in Włocławek is a shopping centre offering diverse retail and services across various industries in one location. Opened in Q1 2020, the facility provides 21,000 sqm of GLA. Its tenants include popular chains such as Castorama, Lidl, Agata Meble, RTV Euro AGD, and stores like Dealz, Action, Pepco, Rossmann, Smyk, Kik, Tedi, Honolulu Shopping. Additionally, a McDonald’s restaurant complements the offer. Park Kujawia features 930 free parking spaces.
Atut Myszków is a retail park in the Silesian Voivodeship, in the southwestern part of the city, at the intersection of provincial roads 793 and 791. The facility offers 13,500 sqm of GLA and an adjacent area with 550 free parking spaces. The entire project spans an investment area of 6.4 hectares. The tenant mix includes Lidl supermarket and brands such as House, Cropp, Sinsay, CCC, Deichmann, Martes Sport, Apart, Smyk, Pepco, Rossmann, Empik and electronics supermarket Media Expert. Next year, the center will expand further with the addition of a Bricomarché building.
