Atenor has started to implement a rebranding of its Budapest-based office complex Olympia, formerly known as Aréna Business Campus, in a bid to accommodate new workplace trends, such as remote work and hybrid schedules.

While the long-term development plan for the project includes two additional phases, immediate upgrades include a public parking lot and a communal park, extending from the corner of Stróbl Alajos utca into Olympia’s internal garden.

Olympia spans across four plots, comprising a total area of 72,000 sqm. Building A covering 21,000 sqm is fully occupied by local and international tenants. Besides the existing shops, pharmacy and GP’s office, throughout 2025, Olympia Building A will be boasting a new restaurant and a café with co-working spaces. At the same time, Building B spanning 15,000 sqm will undergo a functional repurposing.

“The revitalization of Olympia reflects a broader revitalization effort within its vicinity, driven by collaborative initiatives between the developer and local authorities,” said Atenor in a statement.

The developer added that Olympia offers an alternative to traditional office hubs like the Váci Corridor with outstanding public transportation including the metro, the central bus station and the Keleti railway station.
