The fourth phase of the Class A+ Váci Greens Office Complex, the 15,647 sqm, already 60% leased Building D has been handed over. The office campus located on Váci Road will be completed by Belgian developer Atenor within the next two-three years after last two buildings (E & F) are finished. The development is financed by Atenor’s own equity.

The first three buildings are fully let and the fourth one is already 60% occupied by leading multinational tenants. Moreover, in the last twelve months, Atenor sold all of its four buildings. Building D was purchased by a Hungarian investor.

The newest phase, Building D already has seven tenants. The first was Unilever who already moved in this January to its 3,800 sqm premises. AON, the world’s leading risk management, insurance, reinsurance, pension and human resources consulting signed for ca. 2,000 sqm and ATOS a counselling, system integration, cloud and managed services, business process outsourcing (BPO), Big Data and cybersecurity solutions, as well as transaction services provider also relocates here its 1,500 sqm operation.

The property management tender was won by Cushman & Wakefield and the facility management company is Uniszol. The co-exclusive letting agencies of the building are Cushman & Wakefield and Robertson.

Upon completion, the Váci Greens office complex will comprise 130 000 sqm of office area in six buildings. The complex already accommodates many large tenants who employ altogether close to 6000 people. With the handover of the last phases (building E & F) in the next 2-3 years, this number will double.
