Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist investor, developer and manager of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has acquired the Ożarów Logistics Centre in Poland from CBRE Investment Management for its Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus. The price has not been disclosed. Burlington Real Estate acted for Arrow.
Ożarów Logistics Centre is a 12,500 sq m multi-let urban logistics warehouse located on Piastowska 38, Bronisze, 15 km west of Warsaw in Poland. The six-unit asset is currently let to six tenants including Targban, Poczta Kwiatowa, PLOH, Gold Point and Prosto.
Commenting on the acquisition, Robert Howe, Head of Real Estate Europe at Arrow Capital Partners, said: “In Poland, Arrow is planning to invest around €300 million over the next three years in well-located urban logistics investments, as well as build-to-own development opportunities with local partners. We are convinced that the sustained demand in Poland for logistics warehousing that provides access to local populations and infrastructure supports the development case for well-located and specified schemes in key Polish cities.”
As a specialist real estate investor, developer and manager, Arrow Capital Partners targets equity and debt opportunities, specialising in cross-border transactions where it can use its platform and balance sheet to invest with US and Asia-Pacific investors into Europe, as well as European and US investors into the Asia-Pacific region.
