Romanian developer Arqa, founded by Pedro Construct’s owner Petre Niculae and businessman Florin Ababe, has started the construction of a new residential complex in northern Bucharest and will start two new residential investments in the western part of the city. 


The investment in the first project in Arqa’s portfolio totals more than €20 million. Furthermore, over the next 5 years, Arqa has already designed approximately 5,000 residential units in projects in Bucharest and is analyzing several plots in main cities across the country. 

“Arqa is a 100% Romanian business that will be a reference for developments in our country and we want to take our concepts to an international level as well,” says the developer’s CEO Florin Ababe. 

The HQ of the development firm will be based in Bucharest.
