ARETE Investment and Real Estate Group has announced the appointment of Paola Hrisidisova as its new Property Manager. Paola has gained extensive experience and expertise in property management, developed over a decade in the real estate sector.
In addition to overseeing the strategic planning, strategy implementation, and development of the entire ARETE Group, Paola will manage the portfolio within the ARETE INDUSTRIAL fund. This portfolio consists of 12 industrial parks in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia, with a total leasable area exceeding 266,000 sqm and the value of assets under management surpassing €300 million.
With over 10 years of experience in managing various types of real estate, Paola possesses extensive knowledge of the technical and economic aspects of property management. Her background includes leading operational processes, managing budgets, overseeing contractual relationships, and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and building upgrades.
