Polish developer Archicom has finalised the sale of the City One, the first building of the City Forum office complex in central Wrocław to an international institutional investor for €33.8 million. The name of the buyer has not been disclosed.
CBRE, which is also the property manager and the leasing agent of the building, represented Archicom in the sale process with the support of law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel.
The tenants of the 12,000 sqm City One building are Epam, Ten Square Games, Travelplanet, Notus Finance, Connect Lunch Bar and Archicom itself. The building is LEED ‘Gold’ certified.
The completion of the 12,000 sqm second building of the complex, City 2, is scheduled for Q3 2020.
