Residential developer Apx Immo has taken over a land plot of 830 sqm in Cotroceni area from ICD Real Estate for €1.3 million. 


The buyer will invest over €2 million in the development of a new boutique residential complex with 20 new apartments in one of the most expensive locations in Bucharest. 

“We have successfully completed new compounds in areas such as Timpuri Noi, Unirii, Cotroceni, Alba Iulia or Universitate, and this new project will be an exclusive one, located in one of the most beautiful areas in Bucharest and for which we estimate a total investment of 3.5 million euros,” said the representatives of APX Immo. 

The transaction was managed by real estate consultany Crosspoint Real Estate. 

Apx Immo has developed over 600 residential units in Bucharest and has been in business for more than 25 years.
