Alto Real Estate has commenced the sale of apartments in the Sky Park Tower project, the latest work of the world-renowned architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects in Bratislava, Slovakia.

The project emphasises energy efficiency and renewable sources at the energy class A0 with 13 kilometers of dry wells for pumping heat and cold, almost eliminating energy costs. “Dry wells as a source of cold and heat are five times more efficient than classic air-to-water heat pumps,” said Rastislav Valovič, CEO at Alto Real Estate. A smart home allows residents to control lighting, heating, and security systems through a single interface.

The underground parking area offers more than 400 extra-wide spaces and is 100% prepared for electromobility. Residents can use a 24/7 reception and concierge services (including cleaning, dry cleaning or car washing), technical and emergency services. The building also has a Sky Lounge on the highest floors for meetings or celebrations, a fitness center, a yoga room, a supervised children's corner, a bicycle rack, a stroller room or a pet wash room. Clients can choose from 34 types of layouts. The specialty of two-room apartments is flexi room, a universal space that clients can use as a wardrobe, an ironing room or exercise room.

“As part of the pre-sale phase, we launched the first tranche of apartments. We have confirmed the interest of investment buyers, but also of people who want to take advantage of the opportunity to live in a project with Zaha Hadid architecture,” reveals Ján Bryndza, Commercial Director of Alto Real Estate.

He recalls that purchasing an apartment in the previous phases of the SKY PARK RESIDENCE project meant a very good valuation of real estate investment in Slovakia. “The first owner's apartments gained in value more than 300 percent,” points out Ján Bryndza, adding that the project represents the most affordable housing from Zaha Hadid Architects in the world.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
