Developer Alesonor has kicked off the construction of the first villas in Amber Forest suburb located near Bucharest.
The building permits for the first stage of Phase I of the housing projects were obtained in December 2021. Alesonor will invest around €110 million in the suburb, of which €42 million are allocated for the first development phase.
Amber Forest will include 500 green villas and 200 green apartments developed on 31 hectares. The developer says it has already sold 300 homes in the project.
“We are in advanced discussions with other builders to join the project," said Alex Skouras, Managing Partner Alesonor. The first villas are built with construction firm Britt Structures, which has worked with the developer on another housing complex in Romania.
Alesonor has completed five residential projects in Bucharest to date.
