Property developer Alesonor has obtained a financing of €21 million from Banca Transilvania that will be used for the first phase of the Amber Forest project near Bucharest. The money will support the development of 294 green homes.
Amber Forest will comprise around 500 green villas and 200 apartments. The first phase will have a construction cost of around €57.5 million. The developer says it has already sold 350 green homes in the project.
“Being energy efficient buildings, and at the same time quality, sustainable constructions that integrate state-of-the-art technologies, Amber Forest homes are a safe investment, reconfirmed by obtaining from Banca Transilvania the capital for the development of the first green, energy efficient villas and apartments,” said Alex Skouras, Alesonor’sManaging Partner.
Law firm Filip & Company and financing consultancy Redevo Solutions worked on the financing agreement.
