Romanian Akcent Development will invest around €75 million in Akcent City, a new residential project with 810 apartments located in the Bucureștii Noi area of northern Bucharest.
The complex will have a built area of 104,000 sqm and green spaces covering 6,200 sqm. The construction phase will start in January.
„We believe in the Bucureștii Noi area, where a new pole of mixed-use real estate development is foreshadowed: residential, offices, retail,” said Laurenţiu Afrasine, CEO of Akcent Development. The company added the area’s connection with the other parts of Bucharest and with the city center through the future Metro line number 6 has increased its overall attractiveness.
The company has a portfolio of around 7,500 apartments and four office buildings in Bucharest.
