AG Capital announced the latest members joining its Advisory Board, established earlier in 2023, within its corporate strategy and vision for achieving a growing and successful presence in the countries from the CEE region. Bringing together both external non-executive members, and internal professionals with a wealth of knowledge and entrepreneurial drive, AG Capital’s Advisory Board is aimed at navigating and supporting the strategic business development of our group of companies, as we continue to grow and develop our operations in new countries.


The company is introducing Lahlou Khélifi and Robert Martin, as its newest members, joining Georgi Pavlov and Dimitar Savov on AG Capital’s current Advisory Board. With their diverse and long-standing expertise and experience in real estate, asset management and investment, achieved across different countries and regions, they will be working closely with the company's leadership team to enhance the next level of its development with bespoke knowledge, critical thinking and professional consultancy on complex and multifaceted issues.

Lahlou Khélifi is an investment banker specialising in real estate with 30 years of experience in investment, asset management, M&A, and development, mainly in Europe, but also in South America, Asia and Africa. He has been working for companies such as Goldman Sachs, Doughty Hanson, Lazard and others. Throughout his career, Lahlou has been involved in transactions exceeding € 3 billion in property disposition and 250,000 sqm of successful office developments. Notably, he has played a key role in the €3 billion France Telecom deal. Lahlou holds a professional degree in Urbanism from “Sciences Po” in Paris and an MBA from INSEAD, where he also teaches the Real Estate elective. He has been awarded France’s academic honour, Knight in the Order of the Academic Palms, for his dedication to professional education.

Robert was a co-founding Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at Europa Capital until September 2023. At Europa, Robert was the Head of Investments and therefore managing acquisitions and origination across Europe but with particular oversight of Central Europe where he invested for Europa Capital for over 25 years. Robert is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and received a BSc in Land Management from Reading University, and an MBA from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
