Israeli investment group AFI Properties has signed an agreement for the acquisition of the T-Mobile Office Park in the Warsaw district of Mokotów for about €100 million. The previous owner was Starwood Capital Group.


This acquisition is in addition to the acquisition of the office portfolio in Romania in an area of approximately 118,000 sqm, which was completed in August this year for approximately €290 million.

T-Mobile Office Park was commissioned by Ghelamco in May of 2013. The 11-storey building is located by Marynarska street in the city’s Służewiec business district. It comprises of 43,000 sqm GLA and about 1400 internal and external parking spaces. It is fully leased to T-Mobile and Citi Bank. The building has a green certification of BREEAM - Excellent.
