AFI Europe Serbia is launching on the construction of the Skyline Omnia office tower on Belgrade’s Kneza Milosa. The project, worth €73 million, will see the completion of 132-metre high office tower with 31 floors, covering nearly 40,000 sqm.


The project envisages as many as 11 high-speed elevators for employees and visitors. Tenants will be provided with maximum flexibility, as there will be the possibility for each floor to be divided according to their requirements and needs. Renting space areas, from 250 to 920 square metres per floor, will allow each activity to be organized in an optimal way. The building will meet the LEED Gold standard. Skyline Omnia will also feature 479 underground parking spaces. The ground floor is intended for retail stores and every fifth floor will have a terrace.
