The investor of the hotel is Futureal Group, one of the leading real estate developers and investors in Central and Eastern Europe.

As a result of careful preparation, deep market research and planning, our latest business line can start with a remarkable project in Hungary. We believe that we have found the right partner in Accor to introduce an exciting brand to the local market, and to create solid, long-term cooperation for realizing further developments,” says Tibor Tatár, CEO of Futureal.
