Hospitality group Accor plans to open more than 90 hotels across Europe, Middle East and Asia during 2024, of which four will be based in CEE markets.
In Poland, Accor will open its first Mövenpick hotel in the premium segment. Located opposite the Main Railway Station, and previously known as Hotel du Nord, the hotel was originally built in 1903 and earned a reputation as one of the city’s finest hotels at the time. The revamped hotel will feature 180 guest rooms and suites. It is slated to open in mid-2024. In the same country, the group will open Hotel Szczecin – MGallery.
In Romania, Accor will open mid-2024 the Mercure Portile de Fier Riviera hotel. The project will offer 70 rooms and suites, a dining restaurant, a bar, a Privilege lounge and a conference hall and meeting rooms for events. The hotel located on the left bank of the Danube River will also have spa & wellness facilities spanning 300 sqm. Mercure Portile de Fier Riviera will join Accor’s midscale & economy segment.
In the wider region, the group also plans to open the Pullman Kolašin Breza in Montenegro.
Accor’s portfolio comprises around 5,500 properties in more than 110 countries.
