Industrial developer 7R has started the construction of a new last-mile logistics facility in Poznan.

The developer has already leased 77% of the 7R City Flex Poznań East I that has a total surface of 9,800 sqm. One of the tenants is a company providing logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Another tenant will occupy 5,900 sqm for a temperature-controlled urban warehouse.

“The possibility to rent small modules, ideally tailored to the individual needs of the client is the key asset of this warehouse. Currently, we have the last two modules of approximately 1,100 sqm free for lease,” says Magdalena Kostjan, Business Development & Leasing Director at 7R.

The warehouse will include a photovoltaic installation, an electric car charging station and energy-efficient LED lighting as it aims to obtain BREEAM Excellent certification.

7R was advised on the legal side of the transaction by the law firm DLP Duch, Lisicki & Partners.
